This senior leadership role will drive the next generation of digital innovation and customer-facing solutions across multiple markets and products. You'll shape the digital roadmap, build high-performing teams, and transform how members and providers engage with digital services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategy and roadmap across all channels and stakeholder groups
• Define audience segmentation and create personalized programs that drive engagement among members, providers, and key influencers
• Establish objectives, success metrics, and oversee performance measurement, reporting, and analysis
• Lead and develop a digital strategy team recognized for best-in-class digital transformation practices
• Direct omni-channel customer experience initiatives, driving adoption of self-service digital channels
• Align technology solutions with business needs to deliver exceptional member and provider experiences
• Manage external vendor partnerships supporting digital initiatives
• Foster strong collaboration across business units and influence organizational culture toward digital-first mindset
• Optimize end-to-end customer journeys across products, support, and care touchpoints
• Oversee digital budgets and resource allocation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 10 years of experience successfully managing and delivering digital solutions and services
• Proven experience in digital strategy, social media, and customer-facing solutions (web and mobile)
• Expertise creating digital experience roadmaps that balance user needs with business objectives
• Strong track record managing large projects under tight timelines
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data
• Experience tracking emerging user behavior trends and developing customer-centric solutions
• Strategic thinking combined with detail orientation
• Superb presentation and communication skills; ability to influence senior executives
• Demonstrated ability to apply innovative technology approaches to solve complex business challenges
• Deep empathy and passion for user-centered design
• Experience overseeing budgets and financial planning
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional partnership skills
