About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Zoom Phone Specialist to support their Small Business North America team. This role focuses on driving adoption of unified communications solutions through product demonstrations and sales enablement for deals in the 1–50 license range.

You'll serve as a product expert working alongside account executives to demonstrate business value and ensure seamless customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape small business sales motions and directly impact conversion rates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos and technical walk-throughs for prospects and customers in the small business segment
• Partner with account executives to support discovery, validation, and customer communications
• Respond promptly to demo requests and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
• Highlight use cases that demonstrate clear ROI and operational impact aligned to customer needs
• Collaborate with sales and solution engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs throughout the sales process
• Share customer insights and field feedback to improve sales motions and enablement resources
• Contribute to scalable demo materials and best-practice documentation

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Zoom Phone or similar UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions
• Confident presenter with strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Proven ability to explain technical features in terms of business outcomes
• Comfortable managing high-volume, fast-paced sales engagement cycles
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in sales environments
