Senior Web Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential design services organization seeking a Senior Web Designer to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to lead web and app design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and development. You'll be instrumental in creating conversion-focused designs that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level project concepts and design strategy, providing expert guidance to stakeholders
• Develop and refine product web designs, landing pages, email marketing templates, illustrations, and digital graphics
• Provide strategic recommendations on design best practices, UX/UI optimization, and conversion-focused design for web and email campaigns
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals
• Implement feedback and iterate on designs to maintain the highest standards of quality and effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and publishing teams to ensure seamless project execution

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in web and email design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating landing pages, email marketing assets, and app interfaces
• Deep expertise in design software and technologies including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of email marketing design principles, including responsive layouts, deliverability, and conversion optimization
• Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and user experience design
• Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work during EST business hours

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous startup or design agency experience
• Proven track record designing high-converting email marketing campaigns
• Experience managing design requests for diverse client types, from small businesses to large enterprises
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customizations
