Delivery Solutions Architect – Digital Native Business

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data platform organization seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect for their Digital Native Business segment. This hybrid technical and commercial role focuses on accelerating customer adoption and ensuring success with complex data and AI workloads.

As a Delivery Solutions Architect, you will serve as the post-sale technical lead, driving growth through executive relationships, cross-functional orchestration, and strategic execution planning. You'll work closely with sales and field engineering teams to maximize platform value and return on investment for strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plans for multiple use cases within strategic customer accounts
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and successful go-live of customer workloads, creating certainty from complex technical challenges
• Act as first point of contact for technical issues related to production status of agreed-upon use cases
• Coordinate with shared services, education, technical services, and support resources to execute beyond your direct scope
• Create and execute point-of-view strategies to accelerate use cases into production
• Navigate product and engineering teams for new innovations, private previews, and upgrade requirements
• Develop comprehensive execution plans covering main use cases, enablement, product adoption, and cost optimization
• Provide KPI reporting on usage, customer health, investment status, and risk management
• Conduct discovery workshops, create strategic roadmaps, and manage delivery of complex programs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with accountability for technical project/program delivery in data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Background in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
• Technical program or project management experience, including account and stakeholder management
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
• Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or objective targets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
• Located in the USA
