We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to support their LATAM go-to-market operations. This remote position, based in Mexico, offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, sales, and legal teams—structuring commercial agreements that balance customer value with corporate financial objectives.

As a Deal Desk Senior Analyst, you'll serve as a critical financial partner to sales leadership, building models, analyzing pricing scenarios, and ensuring every deal aligns with financial guardrails while maintaining deal velocity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for both standard and non-standard agreements, evaluating variables including pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact
• Partner with sales teams to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk while ensuring alignment with financial policies
• Serve as a guardrail and educator for go-to-market teams, ensuring adherence to internal contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance
• Own the end-to-end Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ—from quote building and pricing approvals through Order Form creation, execution, and opportunity closure—maintaining complete data integrity and policy compliance
• Establish trusted working relationships across commercial legal, billing operations, corporate finance, and sales to streamline deal velocity
• Collaborate with sales and legal to review and structure non-standard contract language within Order Forms, ensuring alignment with corporate risk and revenue recognition policies
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support broader business decisions and strategic initiatives
• Drive and participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives to scale Deal Desk operations, enhance systems, and optimize internal workflows

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Business proficiency or fluency in English, with solid written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or an analytical go-to-market role (or 5 years of relevant analytical experience without a degree)
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with a firm understanding of core financial concepts and the ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with proven experience building financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses
• Diligent, detail-oriented skillset with the ability to manage multiple high-velocity requests simultaneously while remaining organized under tight deadlines
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude, comfortable asking clarifying questions and operating with high integrity

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge and/or experience using sales and document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, CLM, and JIRA

Location: Remote, based in Mexico
Travel: Approximately 5% for team gatherings and strategic meetings
