Our client serves diverse industries with end-to-end project delivery, and they need an experienced Project Manager to lead both internal initiatives and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project planning, execution, and successful delivery for internal and client projects
• Manage resource allocation efficiently to ensure smooth project workflows
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and scope to deliver projects on schedule and within financial constraints
• Coordinate between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project requirements

What We're Looking For

• Degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification in project management, technology, or IT
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within software development or agency environments
• Passion for digital projects with a quick ability to grasp technical concepts
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-directed work approach
• Ability to work independently, structure complex initiatives, and maintain reliability under pressure
• German language proficiency required for client and team communication
