Werkstudent Digitalisierung HRMS (m/w/d)

We are representing a confidential infrastructure organization seeking a working student to support their HR digitization project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management systems while supporting an important digital transformation initiative.

This position is based in Dortmund and offers 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling during standard business hours (Monday through Friday). The role is available immediately for the winter semester.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR department with digitization of personnel files, including scanning, file management, and completeness verification
• Process document archives including review and maintenance of employee master data
• Assist the HR administration team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Take ownership of project components within the digital transformation initiative

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences degree program, preferably with focus on Human Resources (Business Administration, Economics, Personnel Management, or similar)
• Strong affinity for HR processes and handling sensitive data with discretion
• Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail and quick comprehension skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR team
