As the Senior Product Data Analyst for SumUp Consumer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping product strategy by providing sharp, reliable insight into customer behavior and translating it into sustainable commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition channels and customer segments to identify long-term value generators.
• Identify drop-off points in the journey from acquisition to activation.
• Determine what drives repeat usage, retention, and churn.
• Evaluate product changes that improve conversion, customer value, or commercial performance.
• Prioritize product investments across markets and customer segments based on data-driven insights.
