Role Overview
At Accenture Southeast Asia, we are seeking a seasoned Partner Development Executive to drive strategic alliance growth and ecosystem expansion across priority technology partners. As the Senior Alliances Leader, you will lead executive sponsorships, co-create market offerings, and accelerate joint go-to-market success with global platforms. You will interface with sales, solutions, marketing, and leadership teams to align strategies, define market positioning, and ensure seamless execution.

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of experience in partner development, alliance management, or related fields
- Proven track record of driving strategic partnerships and achieving business growth objectives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in technology industry preferred but not mandatory
