The Opportunity
Anysphere in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) is seeking a Regional Vice President, Commercial Sales, APJ to lead and scale Cursor’s Commercial business across Asia Pacific. Based in our Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) hub, this second-line leadership role defines regional commercial strategy, builds a world-class leadership team, and creates an operating model that enables Cursor’s growth across the region.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Owning the strategy and execution of Cursor's Commercial business in APJ
- Defining and executing regional commercial strategies to drive growth
- Selecting, developing, and retaining a high-performing leadership team for Cursor’s Commercial operations in APJ
- Creating an operating model that supports Cursor’s growth objectives across the region
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business goals
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as a Regional Vice President or equivalent role in Commercial Sales & Growth
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- In-depth knowledge of the APJ market, including key industry trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in driving commercial growth and achieving sales targets
