About This Position
Ambience Healthcare is seeking a Strategic Finance / FP&A Lead to own and scale forecasting, planning, and reporting infrastructure. You will build and maintain models driving decision-making across GTM, Product, and leadership, ensuring GAAP-ready forecasts and investor-ready narratives.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
- Translate operational reality into financial visibility through collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams
- Create and maintain GAAP-ready forecasts and investor-facing narratives
- Work closely with leadership to drive financial strategy and planning initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data across the organization
Who We're Looking For
- Strong FP&A background in a SaaS or technology-driven company
- Proven experience in building and maintaining complex financial models
- Excellent communication skills to present financial data effectively to leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within the finance team
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making across multiple departments
