About the Role

We're looking for an experienced finance leader to own strategic financial planning and capital allocation decisions as we scale autonomous systems in the construction industry. You'll work across engineering, operations, and executive leadership to build financial models that guide our growth, optimize our cost structure, and support long-term value creation.

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to inform business strategy and investment decisions
• Build and maintain financial models that project revenue, costs, and profitability across our product and service lines
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation to support engineering, operations, and go-to-market initiatives
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve unit economics
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and board oversight
• Support fundraising efforts by developing financial narratives and preparing investor materials
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and capital deployment opportunities through financial and operational lenses
• Drive financial best practices and establish processes to support rapid scaling

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of financial planning, financial analysis, or strategy experience in growth-stage technology or hardware companies
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Strong understanding of unit economics, capital efficiency, and operational metrics
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working with executive teams and boards on strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset combined with big-picture strategic thinking
