What This Role Involves
As a Porsche Master Technician, you'll lead diagnostic and repair work on high-performance European vehicles, specializing in Porsche models. You'll handle complex mechanical and electrical systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure every vehicle meets the exacting standards our clientele demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Porsche and other exotic vehicles
- Execute complex maintenance and rebuild procedures with precision
- Troubleshoot advanced electrical and mechanical systems
- Consult with customers to understand vehicle concerns and repair needs
- Lead and mentor technicians on your team
- Document work accurately and maintain detailed service records
- Stay current with manufacturer updates and technical bulletins
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Porsche or high-performance automotive technician
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge of Porsche diagnostics, electrical systems, and repair procedures
- Ability to manage complex technical problems independently
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
