Future Position – Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and on-site activity for assigned construction projects in the South Pasadena area.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crews to keep work on schedule and aligned with project plans.
• Monitor workmanship and materials to uphold quality standards and project specifications.
• Champion jobsite safety and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and milestones to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Building Superintendent or in a comparable construction field-leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills for managing teams on-site.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in South Pasadena, Los Angeles County (this role is not remote).
