Hanwha Energy USA is recruiting a Director of Strategic Finance & Transformation for its Houston headquarters. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead financial strategy and enterprise transformation initiatives for a comprehensive energy solutions provider.

About the Role

As Director of Strategic Finance & Transformation at Hanwha Energy USA, you will drive enterprise-wide financial and operational transformation efforts. In this strategic position, you'll shape financial planning, lead performance optimization, and champion business transformation initiatives that position the organization for sustainable growth across North America's energy market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate transformation objectives
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and performance management across the organization
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization
• Direct capital allocation decisions and investment evaluation processes
• Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate financial and transformation outcomes to executive leadership
• Identify and assess opportunities for business growth, diversification, or strategic partnerships
• Ensure financial controls, compliance, and risk management standards are maintained

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, corporate finance, or strategic planning
• Proven track record leading transformation initiatives or major business change programs
• Strong executive-level financial acumen and business strategy expertise
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
