About the Role

As an RBT with Great Heights ABA, you will work directly with young clients across both clinic and in-home settings throughout the Decatur, Adams County area. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for an energetic and creative professional who genuinely enjoys helping kids and teens build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic-based and in-home environments.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by supervising behavior analysts.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Collect accurate behavioral data to track progress and inform care decisions.
• Bring patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to every therapy session.
