About the Role

As Director, Corporate Strategy, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that define our competitive position in the evolving energy market. You'll work at the executive level to identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and drive long-term value creation across our portfolio of utility-scale energy projects and comprehensive energy solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine multi-year strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities in North American energy markets
• Lead strategic business development initiatives, from feasibility assessment through execution
• Collaborate with executives across operations, development, and finance to ensure strategy alignment
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advances affecting energy infrastructure
• Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments for strategic fit
• Present strategic recommendations and financial analyses to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of strategic planning, business development, or corporate strategy experience
• Demonstrated expertise in the energy sector or infrastructure industries
• Proven track record developing and executing corporate strategy at a senior level
• Strong financial acumen and experience with valuation, investment analysis, and project economics
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to influence at the executive level
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution
