About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our corporate sales, marketing, and day-to-day business operations at MS. DURIAN PTE. LTD. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for growing corporate sales, leading festive and brand campaigns, and overseeing various operational aspects of the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Growth of corporate sales through strategic planning and execution
• Leadership in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency
• Monitoring financial performance and reporting to the Founder on key metrics

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the F&B industry
• Demonstrated success in growing corporate sales and managing marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with financial management and reporting
• A proven track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives
