What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the Embassy Suites By Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, Virginia.
- Drive revenue and maximize profit while ensuring quality service.
- Effectively manage assigned staff to achieve overall financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive team member relations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving revenue and maximizing profit.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff and ensure positive team member relations.
- A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in business class hotels.
