Responsibilities

• Oversee the client experience from contract signing to event execution
• Ensure seamless turnover of events from sales to service
• Maximize revenue through upselling and offering enhancements to events
• Guarantee successful execution of events leading to repeat bookings

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or event management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for revenue enhancement through upselling
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with property operations and client relations
