The Chief Engineer position at Embassy Suites By Hilton Dulles Airport is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for hospitality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering functions for the hotel, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Manage maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, including 150 two-room suites, 5 meeting rooms, and a Food & Beverage outlet
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement energy management strategies to reduce costs and environmental impact
• Supervise and train engineering staff to maintain high levels of performance and service

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Thorough understanding of safety, maintenance, and energy management practices
• Proficiency with building automation systems and other engineering tools
• Affinity for guest service and commitment to excellence in hospitality operations
