About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic Embassy Suites By Hilton Dulles Airport team. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

• Ensure overall effective operations of the F&B department, including adherence to health regulations and liquor laws
• Operational leadership of F&B outlets, including restaurant and catering operations
• Strategic leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality
• Management of staff to achieve financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive team member relations

What You'll Do

The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service and quality food and beverages
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices in F&B management

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Has a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability in F&B operations
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Is knowledgeable about food safety regulations and liquor laws
• Exhibits excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Has a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
