About the Role

The Company Manager for the Blue Man Group North American Tour is a pivotal role within our team. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for live entertainment. Reporting directly to the Tour Manager, the Company Manager will oversee all aspects of tour operations, ensuring seamless execution of performances across multiple venues.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local production teams to ensure smooth setup and breakdown of shows.
• Manage tour logistics including transportation, accommodations, and crew schedules.
• Oversee financial management for the tour budget, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a positive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or related field, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
