Position Summary

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase ticket sales for Auana performances.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry, preferably with a focus on sales management.
