The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Embassy Suites By Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, Virginia. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead the front desk team, manage staff, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Core Duties

• Educate and train front desk staff to provide top-notch guest service
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Maximize room revenue by managing reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and special requests
• Effectively manage assigned staff to ensure guest satisfaction and positive team relations
• Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting efforts

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a front desk capacity
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with hotel operations, revenue management systems, and guest service principles
• A proven track record of achieving financial goals and enhancing customer satisfaction
