The Opportunity
B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of one of the largest private real estate companies in the Washington, D.C. area and with over 130 years of operation, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our Best Western hotel located in Sterling, Virginia.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations at the Best Western hotel in Sterling, VA
- Drive revenue and maximize profits while ensuring quality guest experiences
- Manage assigned staff to achieve financial results, maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, and foster positive team member relations
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in hotel management with a focus on revenue enhancement and profit maximization
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop staff
