About the Role
The B. F. Saul Company has been a leader in residential property management since 1931, with a focus on luxury properties in the Washington Metropolitan area. Hampden House, our newest addition to Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee resident services, community operations, and lease-up initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff performance and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction
- Generate income by leading the sales team, monitoring market conditions, controlling budget, attracting residents, and retaining them through outstanding customer service
- Oversee all aspects of community operations to maintain financial success
- Engage in lease-up initiatives and manage overall Community operations at Hampden House
Qualifications
- Passion for leadership, customer service, and managing luxury properties
- Strong organizational skills with an outgoing personality
- Proven experience leading a team in a lease-up property environment
- Ability to connect with various people and generate income through effective sales strategies
