About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager (residential) based in Phoenix, AZ, you'll partner closely with the Community Manager to keep day-to-day operations on track. From leasing and marketing to building strong resident relationships, you'll play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming, well-run environment for current residents and prospective renters alike. This is a full-time, on-site position at a 200-unit residential community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with the daily operation of the apartment community
• Conduct apartment tours and showings for prospective residents
• Process rental applications and supporting paperwork accurately and promptly
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents
• Nurture positive resident relations and respond to inquiries and concerns
• Help maintain a smooth, friendly, and professional living environment for all residents and guests

Qualifications

• Interest in or experience with residential property management or leasing
• Strong communication and customer-service skills for working with residents and prospects
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage applications and paperwork
• A team-first mindset and willingness to support the Community Manager across daily tasks
• Comfortable working on-site full-time in Phoenix, Maricopa County
