About the Role

As an Assistant Manager in Ocean Operations based in Chennai, you will be a key player in executing end-to-end shipment movements within our regional network. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end movement of shipments within the regional network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology partners, to drive innovation through process automation
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Analyze data to improve planning, responsiveness, and overall execution of supply chains
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
