About the Role

As a Recruiter at Flexport, you'll play a vital role in building and strengthening our team across the organization. You'll partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and bring top-tier candidates into the company. This Los Angeles-based recruiting position puts you at the center of our growth, helping attract the skilled professionals who drive Flexport's mission in the logistics and global trade industry.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple open positions across the organization
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and anticipated hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and interview processes
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Utilize recruiting tools, job boards, and networking to identify qualified passive and active candidates
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate candidate records, and report on hiring progress
• Foster a positive candidate experience and represent Flexport's culture and values throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a full-cycle or staffing role
• Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology
• Proven organizational and time-management capabilities to juggle multiple open positions
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning the technology, logistics, or supply chain sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional recruiting experience)
