About This Position
This role at WNS Global Services involves conducting New Hire Training (NHT) for travel processes and ensuring that floor briefings are conducted as required. You will evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on any amendments to training materials, manage end-to-end NHT and On-the-Job Training (OJT), and be an expert in giving feedback and coaching. Excellent communication skills are essential.
