What This Role Involves

As Group Manager of Procurement Services, you'll oversee end-to-end procurement operations, managing teams responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in sourcing initiatives that directly impact organizational profitability and service delivery. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategy with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value and quality
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that enhance margins without compromising quality
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Analyze market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier landscapes to inform procurement strategy
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business units to forecast demand and align procurement planning
• Monitor KPIs including spend analysis, on-time delivery, quality metrics, and supplier performance scores

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or sourcing management experience, with proven leadership of teams
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities with a track record of cost reduction
• Proficiency in procurement systems and analytics tools; experience with ERP platforms preferred
• Deep understanding of procurement best practices, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strategic mindset combined with attention to operational detail and problem-solving ability
