As a Project Implementation Manager specializing in patient support services, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that connect patients with critical resources and support systems. What You'll Do

  • Direct project planning, execution, and delivery for patient support service implementations

  • Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare partners and patient advocacy organizations
  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on patient feedback and outcome metrics
  • Document processes and create implementation frameworks for future scaling and replication

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in healthcare, patient services, or program operations
  • Background in patient support technologies, pharmacy distribution, financial assistance programs, or related domains
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing complex timelines and multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Understanding of patient access, reimbursement, and affordability challenges in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in project management or healthcare operations
