As Senior Scheduler, Mission Critical, you'll drive complex project schedules that keep high-stakes work aligned with milestones and stakeholder expectations. This position offers the opportunity to lead scheduling efforts on construction projects where precision, planning expertise, and proactive risk management directly support delivery success and mission readiness.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software platforms
• Coordinate timelines across project phases, disciplines, and teams to ensure milestone alignment
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities
• Prepare comprehensive schedule reports, narratives, and progress updates for stakeholders and leadership
• Partner with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to track progress and adjust schedules
• Incorporate quality, safety, and resource requirements into schedule planning and execution
• Conduct scenario analysis to support project decision-making and problem resolution

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level scheduling experience in construction project management or related discipline
• Mastery of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling tools
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, critical path logic, and schedule risk analysis
• Strong presentation and communication abilities with diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction schedules
• Background with mission-critical or high-security construction projects strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
