• Build and maintain productive media and influencer relationships throughout the region
• Coordinate with regional teams on issues response, executive visibility, and external engagements
• Monitor regional media coverage and stakeholder feedback to refine approaches in real time
• Collaborate with marketing and other functions to keep communications integrated and on-brand
• Support internal communication needs that keep Miami-based and remote LAC colleagues informed

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing communications programs, ideally with Latin America and Caribbean coverage
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills in English; Spanish proficiency is highly valued
• Ability to develop strategy while handling day-to-day execution under tight timelines
• Comfort working with media, executives, and cross-functional partners in a global setting
• Familiarity with digital channels and measurement tools used in modern corporate communications
• Excellent organizational skills and cultural fluency suited to multi-country Latin America & Caribbean work
