Your Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for platform experience initiatives, ensuring every feature advances both user satisfaction and operational simplicity.
• Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, prioritization, design collaboration, launch, and post-release iteration while keeping quality and accessibility non-negotiable.
• Translate user research, behavioral data, and competitive insights into clear problem statements and success metrics that guide trade-off decisions.
• Coach and develop product managers and associated contributors, modeling effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and outcome-focused delivery.
• Facilitate crisp decision forums with senior leaders, surface risks early, and drive consensus without sacrificing velocity.
• Establish shared language and processes that let platform teams move faster while remaining consistent with company-wide product principles.
