Associate – FNA (Accounts Payable) B.com/BBA/BAF Freshers Only – Vikhroli (5 WFO) – Rotational Shifts

WNS Global Services is hiring Associates for Financial and Accounting Operations (FNA), specialising in Accounts Payable processing, at our Vikhroli office in Mumbai. This is a full-time role designed for recent graduates seeking to launch their accounting careers with hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale financial operations.

About the Role

As an Associate in Accounts Payable, you will support the financial operations team by processing invoices, managing payment cycles, and maintaining accurate ledger records. Working on a rotational shift basis, you will gain practical experience in accounting fundamentals whilst contributing to the smooth functioning of our finance centre. This role is perfect for freshers holding a B.Com, BBA, or BAF degree who are ready to build their professional foundation in accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Record payment transactions and maintain the accounts payable ledger
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and accrual adjustments
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
• Support preparation of financial reports and statements
• Follow company policies and maintain compliance with audit requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or Accounting and Finance (BAF) — freshers welcome
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
• Familiarity with accounting principles and the accounts payable cycle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new accounting software
• Organised approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work on rotational shift schedules
