Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical challenges, making independent decisions to drive them toward user-focused, scalable software solutions

• Solve problems across the full development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation through deployment and iteration
• Experiment, prototype, and validate ideas, contributing directly to product direction and strategy
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and learnings clearly with your distributed team, building trust through transparency

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in software engineering fundamentals, design, and implementation
• Product thinking—an instinct for user needs and the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions

• Clear communicator who documents decisions and explains technical trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
