What This Role Involves
This hands-on consulting position sits at the intersection of human resources strategy and enterprise technology. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions while partnering across multiple departments to drive successful transformations and sustained operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy SuccessFactors module configurations (Learning Management, Goal Management, Performance Management) tailored to organizational needs
- Lead discovery, design, and implementation phases of HR technology initiatives with C-suite and departmental leadership
- Execute system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Conduct workshops and training sessions with HR teams and system users to drive adoption and platform proficiency
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement continuous improvements to existing SuccessFactors environments
- Coordinate with technical architects, integration teams, and third-party vendors to support end-to-end implementations
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly LM, GM, and/or PM
- Proven track record designing and delivering functional solutions within enterprise HR environments
- Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable SuccessFactors strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multiple implementations or optimization projects concurrently
- US-based location for remote work arrangement
