SAP SuccessFactors Consultant LM/GM/PM

Jobgether is recruiting an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work remotely in a full-time capacity, supporting HR technology implementations across India. This role sits at the intersection of human resources strategy and enterprise software delivery, where your expertise will drive meaningful organizational transformation.

About This Position

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will guide enterprises through complex human capital management modernization. Working with SuccessFactors modules including Leave Management (LM), Goal Management (GM), and Performance Management (PM), you'll be instrumental in optimizing how organizations structure, deploy, and sustain best-in-class HR operations at scale. Your work combines hands-on technical configuration with strategic business consultation, ensuring systems align with organizational goals and user needs within multinational settings.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess organizational HR processes and configure SuccessFactors solutions to address business requirements and process gaps
• Guide implementation teams through system design, setup, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Collaborate with HR leadership, business process owners, and IT stakeholders to translate functional needs into platform capabilities
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, validate configurations, and troubleshoot complex scenarios before go-live
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous refinement of SuccessFactors modules based on user feedback
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and documentation to enable client teams to manage the platform independently
• Partner with implementation partners and vendor contacts to resolve technical challenges and access specialized resources

What You Bring

• Proven consulting or delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly LM, GM, and PM modules
• Strong understanding of enterprise HR processes and how they map to SuccessFactors functionality
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead cross-functional implementation efforts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working across technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in configuration, testing, and quality assurance
• Experience in global or multinational HR environments
