About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational goals, pain points, and strategic priorities
- Design and configure SuccessFactors modules (Learning Management, Global Management, and People Management) aligned with business requirements
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and refine solutions based on user feedback
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems and ensure data consistency
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend enhancements to maximize platform value and user adoption
- Document solutions, configurations, and best practices to support long-term platform sustainability
- Support end-user training initiatives and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors (particularly Learning Management, Global Management, and People Management modules)
- Deep understanding of human capital management processes, organizational structures, and HR technology ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance technical precision with business acumen and user-centric thinking
- Experience working effectively in matrix organizations with cross-functional and external partner teams
- Problem-solving mindset with commitment to delivering practical, scalable solutions
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors configuration best practices, system optimization, and quality assurance methodologies
