Position Summary

We're seeking a visionary leader to oversee the delivery and compliance of our people operations and employee experience programmes. You'll shape how our workforce engages with Grab's culture, values, and career development while ensuring all initiatives meet legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. This role bridges strategic people management with operational delivery, making you instrumental in supporting Grab's growth across Southeast Asia.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute people experience strategies that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction across the organisation
• Oversee the design and rollout of HR programmes, from onboarding and learning to performance management and career progression
• Lead the people compliance function, ensuring adherence to Malaysian employment law, labour standards, and Grab's internal policies
• Manage stakeholder relationships with legal, finance, and business leadership to align people initiatives with organisational objectives
• Build and mentor a high-performing people operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Monitor emerging people trends and compliance risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading people operations, employee experience, or HR delivery functions in a senior capacity
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian employment law, labour compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
• Strategic mindset combined with excellent execution and attention to detail
• Experience building and scaling people teams and programmes in fast-growth, multinational environments
• Passion for creating positive employee experiences and fostering inclusive, engaged workplaces
