The Opportunity

Certify360 Edtech Group B.V. seeks an accomplished AI Transformatiespecialist to pioneer AI integration across our EdTech solutions. You'll champion strategic AI adoption, bridging emerging AI capabilities with real-world educational impact. Working collaboratively with product, engineering, and business teams, you'll identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI transformation strategies aligned with Certify360's vision and market opportunities
• Assess current workflows and identify high-impact areas for AI application and automation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and prototype AI-powered features
• Build business cases and ROI analyses for AI initiatives, translating technical possibilities into business value
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through deployment, ensuring successful adoption
• Stay current with AI trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
• Communicate AI concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives
• Support training and change management initiatives to build AI literacy across the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, or innovation projects
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning applications, and their business potential
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strategic thinking combined with practical project delivery experience
• Familiarity with educational technology, learning platforms, or related industries is valuable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities
