Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from conception through delivery, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and asset creation to keep campaigns on track
• Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing teams, project managers, and global clients
• Develop and refine marketing workflows and operational processes to boost team efficiency
• Create and organise marketing materials, collateral, and documentation to support campaign execution
• Track campaign progress and ensure all components align with established timelines and quality standards

• Strong written and verbal communication for liaising with team members and clients
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, marketing support, or similar operational roles
• Comfort working independently during night shift hours in a remote environment

• Familiarity with marketing tools, collaboration platforms, or project management software (an asset)
