Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and client projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines and key milestones
• Support marketing leaders and project managers by organizing workflows, tracking progress, and identifying bottlenecks
• Prepare and manage marketing assets, content calendars, and campaign documentation
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements
• Optimize marketing operations by streamlining processes and improving team efficiency
