Accounts Receivable and Billing Operations Manager at ClickHouse - Anywhere in the World
Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable and Billing Operations Manager will own and evolve ClickHouse's order-to-cash function as we continue to scale. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our billing, collections, and revenue reporting processes. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Operations teams to build scalable processes and workflows.
What You'll Do
- Owning end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the full billing cycle
- Supporting recurring and usage-based billing models across systems for various subscription, invoicing, and payment term configurations
- Driving system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation initiatives, and integrations to streamline workflows
- Maintaining strong AR health through proactive aging reviews, collections coordination with the sales team, and timely resolution of billing issues
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in accounts receivable and billing operations management
- Experience in implementing scalable processes and workflows for billing and revenue reporting
- Strong understanding of recurring and usage-based billing models, including subscription, invoicing, and payment term configurations
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems integration
- Aptitude to leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Operations teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in maintaining strong AR health through proactive aging reviews and collections coordination
