About This Position
The Integrated Health Operations Manager – Client Access at Coloradocoalition in Denver, Colorado is a full-time role that requires oversight and management of administrative and operations functions within CCH’s health services. This position will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and coordination of client access processes to ensure efficient service delivery
- Management of staff in the Client Access Department, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures for client intake and follow-up services
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance integration of health care and supportive services
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics related to client access and service utilization
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health care operations with at least 3 years in management roles
- Proven track record in client access and administrative functions within a health care setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management tools
