Senior Integrated Project Manager

Position Summary

Brandtech+ seeks an experienced project management professional to join our Bogotá studio as a Senior Integrated Project Manager. You will direct the complete lifecycle of creative and production initiatives, working within our proprietary workflow platform to move assignments from intake through final delivery. As a key member of our four-person project management team, you'll maintain operational continuity across multiple workstreams—from creative services and CRM campaigns to video production and quality assurance—while coordinating with colleagues across North America and beyond in a distributed, multicultural setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own the complete project journey from initial brief through resource planning, execution, review cycles, and delivery within our proprietary workflow system
• Keep project information current and accessible, providing real-time visibility to leadership and cross-functional partners on all active assignments
• Orchestrate collaboration between creative, CRM, video production, and quality teams; identify workflow dependencies and resolve scheduling bottlenecks before they impact timelines
• Monitor delivery commitments and escalate timeline risks early with practical solutions, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met
• Review new briefs for completeness, clarify requirements and scope, and route work to appropriate creative and production teams
• Oversee asset organization, file naming standards, and delivery procedures to guarantee final outputs meet agreed specifications
• Contribute to regular team reporting and strategic business reviews as directed by leadership
• Help establish standardized processes during studio expansion—creating workflow documentation, project templates, and team guidelines
• Build strong working relationships with account management teams in the US and client-facing colleagues globally

What We're Looking For

• Minimum five years managing projects, coordinating production workflows, or directing traffic in creative, advertising, marketing, or content production settings
• Hands-on experience with workflow management platforms such as project tracking software and content calendars
• Superior organizational ability and precision when juggling multiple concurrent projects across different teams and timelines
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish language skills are valued for the Bogotá studio environment
• Proven success collaborating with geographically distributed teams across different time zones and cultures
• Proactive problem solver who identifies issues early and proposes concrete action steps
• Working knowledge of digital production pipelines and creative output channels including email, social advertising, digital display, and moving image content
• Openness to AI-enabled project tools and systematic, data-informed approaches to capacity planning and workflow optimization
