Engine
Engine is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager, Omni for a fully remote position based in the United States. In this full-time role, you'll oversee the post-launch success and growth of Engine's enterprise and mid-market Omni partners, ensuring each integration drives measurable revenue impact.
Position Summary
Engine's Omni product grants travel platforms, fintech solutions, and technology enterprises direct access to Engine's hotel inventory through a modern API, allowing them to embed business travel booking capabilities directly into their platforms. As the Senior Partner Success Manager for Omni, you will become the commercial relationship leader for Engine's most important partners. Your mission: transform contract signature into consistent, sustainable revenue growth. You'll manage the complete partner lifecycle—from onboarding and first-booking milestones through performance optimization and long-term expansion. While Engine's Solutions Engineering team owns the technical integration, you own everything that happens after launch: partner engagement, health monitoring, growth initiatives, and retention.
Core Duties
- Direct post-go-live success for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market Omni partners, tracking booking volume, rate quality, conversion performance, and engagement signals
- Orchestrate regular business reviews and health assessments, converting data into strategic recommendations rather than passive reporting
- Proactively identify adoption risks and GBV headwinds; coordinate solutions with Solutions Engineering and Product teams as needed
- Ensure consistent touchpoints—no partner goes 60+ days post-launch without a substantive business conversation
- Drive partner onboarding in tandem with Solutions Engineering: establish activation targets, build internal champion relationships, and own the handoff to ongoing support
- Surface expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts and channel pipeline opportunities for Business Development collaboration
- Contribute directly to Engine's $30M Omni GBV target through disciplined portfolio management and partner activation
- Translate live partner feedback into structured insights for product and engineering teams
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in partner success, customer success, or enterprise account management, preferably in travel technology, API-based products, fintech, or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of B2B partnerships with quantifiable revenue or GBV growth results
- Comfort collaborating with technical teams and understanding API integration timelines without being an engineer yourself
- Metrics-driven mindset: you use data to diagnose problems, inform strategy, and drive conversations
- Exceptional communication across written, verbal, and asynchronous channels
- Self-directed; able to structure your work and navigate ambiguity without constant guidance
- Preferred: experience with API integrations, hotel distribution, OTA platforms, or corporate travel; familiarity with health scoring models or QBR frameworks
