Position Summary
We are seeking a Solution Strategist to join our team at Ntst. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategies that enhance patient access and streamline revenue cycle operations. This is a full-time position based in 2 Locations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement in patient access and revenue cycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that optimize patient flow and financial outcomes.
- Develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive operational efficiency.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make data-driven recommendations for further enhancements.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on patient access and revenue cycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building effective working relationships across departments.
